How do I track my order? β–Ό
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment. Tracking updates may take 12-24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
I haven't received my order yet. β–Ό
Please check the following before reaching out:
  • Check your tracking link for the latest delivery status
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact the courier partner directly using the tracking number
  • Allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery (remote areas may take longer)
If it's been more than 10 working days, email us at support@groviaindia.shop with your order number.
Can I cancel my order? β–Ό
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order and before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Email support@groviaindia.shop immediately with your order number to request cancellation.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it? β–Ό
Address changes are only possible if the order has not been dispatched yet. Email support@groviaindia.shop with your order number and correct address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. β–Ό
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, check your bank statement for the debit. Email support@groviaindia.shop with your name, phone number, and payment screenshot for verification.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? β–Ό
Standard delivery timelines:
  • Metro cities: 3-5 working days
  • Tier 2 cities: 5-7 working days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 working days
Timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays.
Is shipping free? β–Ό
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. COD orders may have a small handling fee.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? β–Ό
COD is available on select products and pin codes. If available for your location, it will show at checkout. Prepaid orders get an instant discount β€” we recommend paying online!
Order shows delivered but I haven't received it. β–Ό
Sometimes couriers mark orders as delivered prematurely. Please:
  • Check with neighbours, family, or building security
  • Wait 24 hours β€” drivers sometimes deliver the next day
  • Contact the courier using your tracking number

What is your return/replacement policy? β–Ό
We accept return/replacement requests only for:
  • Product received is damaged, broken, or defective
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Missing parts or accessories
We do NOT accept returns for:
  • Change of mind or "didn't like it"
  • Product has been used beyond initial inspection
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Products without original packaging
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
How do I request a refund or replacement? β–Ό

Document the Issue

Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product, including packaging and shipping label. This is mandatory β€” requests without evidence will not be processed.

Email Your Complaint

Send an email to support@groviaindia.shop with: Order number, registered phone number, photos/videos, and description of the issue.

Wait for Review

Our team will review your complaint and verify the issue. You'll receive an update via email.

Ship the Product Back

If approved, you must courier the product back to our warehouse at your own cost. Return address will be provided via email. Product must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed or replacement shipped.

The customer bears the cost of:

  • Reverse shipping (sending product back to us)
  • Shipping for new replacement order (if applicable)

How long does a refund take? β–Ό
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. The amount is credited to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Where will I receive my refund? β–Ό
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking). For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer β€” you'll need to provide bank details via email.
Can I exchange for a different product? β–Ό
We do not offer direct exchanges. You would need to return the product following our return process and place a new order separately.

Payment deducted but order not confirmed. β–Ό
If your payment was debited but the order wasn't placed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days by your bank. If not reflected after 7 days, email support@groviaindia.shop with your payment screenshot.
Is my payment information secure? β–Ό
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card or bank details.

Are your products genuine & high quality? β–Ό
Yes! All products sold on Grovia India are 100% genuine and undergo quality checks before shipping. We source directly from manufacturers and authorized suppliers.
Do your products come with a warranty? β–Ό
Warranty varies by product. If a product includes a manufacturer warranty, it will be mentioned on the product page. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly with your proof of purchase. Grovia does not provide separate warranties beyond the manufacturer's terms.
My product is not working / defective. β–Ό
If your product arrived defective or stopped working within 48 hours of delivery:
  • Take a clear video showing the defect
  • Email support@groviaindia.shop with your order number and the video
  • Our team will review and guide you on next steps
For issues after 48 hours, please refer to the product's manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
My order is missing parts/accessories. β–Ό
We're sorry about that! Take a photo of what you received and email support@groviaindia.shop with your order number. We'll verify and arrange for the missing items to be sent (subject to availability).
Product looks different from the pictures. β–Ό
Minor colour and appearance variations may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, and photography. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return. If the product is fundamentally different from what was advertised, please email us with photos.
