Document the Issue
Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product, including packaging and shipping label. This is mandatory β requests without evidence will not be processed.
Email Your Complaint
Send an email to support@groviaindia.shop with: Order number, registered phone number, photos/videos, and description of the issue.
Wait for Review
Our team will review your complaint and verify the issue. You'll receive an update via email.
Ship the Product Back
If approved, you must courier the product back to our warehouse at your own cost. Return address will be provided via email. Product must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging.
Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed or replacement shipped.

The customer bears the cost of:
- Reverse shipping (sending product back to us)
- Shipping for new replacement order (if applicable)
